Acceptance of our rental agreement (Tenancy Agreement) is required prior to a stay at Wolfes Landing. As guests and visitors have unsupervised access to the house and property and it is necessary to protect the interests of the owners and to ensure the health and safety of our guests. A refundable Pet/Security bond of $100 is required to be paid prior to a stay at Wolfes Landing. All bonds are refunded promptly by direct online deposit at the end of your stay. Please provide your bank details prior to vacating the property so we can refund your bond without delay.
