Wolfes Landing Rates
Wolfes Landing accommodation rates are formulated to reflect the seasonal nature of the industry and coincide with the West Australian school holidays and public holiday long weekends. These high demand times are referred to as "Peak" and low demand times of as "Off Peak". Some dates in very high demand such as Christmas and New Year are referred to as" Peak Plus" and attract an additional loading. When making your enquiry please be aware that a Peak or Off Peak tariff will apply to the cost of your stay
Remember, these rates allow you access to a picturesk 2 storey house on 30 acres of native forest with the Nenamup Inlet right at your front door. You will also enjoy a level of privacy , peace, & tranquility unique to Wolfes Landing.

Peak Rate:
$200.00 per night, minimum 2 persons.
Additional Persons: $35.00
On gazetted holiday long weekends a minimum 3 night stay may apply.

Off Peak Rate:
$150.00 per night, minimum 2 persons.
Additional Persons: $25.00
On gazetted holiday long weekends a minimum 3 night stay may apply.

Maximum Accommodation: 8 Persons.
Comprised of Master bedroom 1: queen size double bed (sleeps 2)
Bedroom 2: Two single beds (sleeps 2)
Bedroom 3: Two single beds (sleeps 2)
Sunroom: Large sofa bed (folds out to sleep another 2 adults)
Two babies cot beds and highchair are provided to cater for infants.

Bed Linen
Standard: Beds are supplied with pillows, blankets and doonas as standard.
Non Standard: You will need to supply your own sheets, pillow slips, bath towels, flannels, a bath mat and tea towels for the kitchen.
Linen Hire: You can hire any non-standard linen you require for your stay. We can supply all your linen needs from our contract commercial laundry service.
Cost: $20.00 per person per stay. All beds will be made up with fresh clean linen in preparation for your arrival.

A deposit of 50% of the full tariff is required to confirm your reservation. The balance of your tariff is payable two weeks prior to the first day of your stay.
A key deposit of $50.00 is payable when you take possession of the keys to Wolfes Landing. It will be refunded when you hand back the keys.

Payment:
You can make your reservation and payment online using the BOOK NOW link provided on the homepage. This is processed by a internet secure ANZ Bank merchant account and is totally safe. If you prefer you can make your payment on-line by way of a direct bank deposit. When you make an on-line payment you must send a confirmation email to Wolfes Landing so that your payment can be processed promptly. Delays of up to 4 days can occur with on-line transactions over a weekend and it is important to notify our accounts manager that you have initiated the funds transfer from your end. If you do not choose to use either of these facilities other mutually suitable arrangements can be made by emailing us here.
